NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – Natera has drawn $8 million from its credit facility under a credit line agreement with UBS Bank, the company reported this week in a filing with the US Securities Exchange Commission. The draw down will provide working capital for the firm to use on a temporary basis.
Natera has $700,000 remaining under the credit line that it expects to use to pay interest.
Also this week, Natera expanded its supply agreement with Illumina to include an agreement to develop oncology in vitro diagnostic tests on Illumina's instruments.
