NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – Good Start Genetics announced today that it has signed a coverage agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas for its carrier screening tests.

With this and other coverage contracts, the company said that it now has payor coverage for more than 130 million individuals.

A company official declined to provide details about the BCBS deal.
