John Kershaw, Ralph Taylor, Andy Hay, Alex Garini

Sysmex subsidiary, Sysmex America (SAI), has expanded the responsibilities of SAI CEO and President John Kershaw and CFO Alex Garini, in addition to appointing Ralph Taylor as CEO of SAI and Andy Hay as chief operating officer.  Kershaw, who also serves as chairman of the board, will now be deputy in charge of business strategy development, hematology/uralysis, immunochemistry/clinical chemistry/ hemostasis, and engineering at Sysmex's Kobe headquarters. Taylor will be taking over the SAI CEO position from Kershaw, who will remain on as chairman of the board. Taylor who began working at SAI in 2007, will continue to lead the greater Latin American region and growing flow cytometry business. Hay most recently served as executive vice president for SAI and has served in a variety of leadership roles for the company over the last 17 years. Garini will expand his CFO responsibilities to oversee the company's manufacturing facilities in America.
