Jay Johnston

Jay Johnston has informed Luminex of his retirement for personal reasons from the board of directors effective at the conclusion of the firm’s 2017 annual meeting. His departure is amicable, Luminex said this week in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Johnston’s current term of service was scheduled to expire at the annual meeting.
