Charles Dockendorff

Hologic said today that it has elected Charles Dockendorff to its board of directors and appointed him to its audit and finance committee. Dockendorff has more than 25 years of experience in the global healthcare industry. He was formerly the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Covidien, a public medical device and supplies company acquired by Medtronic in 2015.
