Job Description

As a member of our Clinical Genomics Analysis Team, the individual will work alongside scientists, bioinformaticians, nurses and clinicians, to help analyze and interpret genomic patient data. The team at Rady Children's Institute for Genomic Medicine (RCIGM) is dedicated to changing the landscape of pediatric medicine and providing rapid diagnoses to children throughout the US.

Requirements

PhD in Genetics or related life science field, including genetic counseling; 3 years of experience (5 years preferred); experience analyzing NGS data using tools such as IGV; Experience with standardized variant and gene curation; Ability to understand and utilize public and private variant databases; Familiarity with genomic testing market, tools, and clinical report writing.
