Commercial Growth Leader (Director/VP) - Remote US based

The Commercial Growth Director is responsible for managing all elements of the Diagnostics Segment pipeline from prospecting to project origination through to delivery of growth revenue targets. This role will require a combination of sales capabilities to understand market trends, strategy, customer analysis, target selling, and value proposition communication to grow the pipeline and win new business. As a custom solution provider, Porex growth requires robust leadership in pipeline creation, opportunity development, design engineering including skills in progressing and closing projects through pricing, strategy, and business development skillsets. This role is a strategic thought leader position on the Diagnostics leadership team, capable of informing, building, and executing growth strategies for near and long term horizons through product management and R&D roadmap development. Above all, this role is a leader in establishing and maintaining the standard of excellence for growth in the Diagnostics business.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Material Science Engineering or related field of study
MBA preferred, but not required
A minimum of 10 years of commercial EXPERIENCE IN DIAGNOSTICS segment of medical devices
A minimum of 4 years leading and developing a commercial team – with demonstrated experience leading high performing sales teams
Experience in working cross-functionally to achieve high-value business goals
Experience managing multiple projects from concept to completion
