The Global Marketing Program Manager, DGG (GMPM) plans and coordinates marketing programs and campaigns to promote Agilent’s Genomics Portfolio for the Diagnostics and Genomics Group (DGG). The objective of these campaigns is to generate demand through innovative marketing strategies that grow business and gain market share. We are seeking an expert marketer of genomics products and workflow solutions! The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns in support of product launch and commercialization, as well as sustaining demand generation across the product portfolio. In this role, you will strategically collaborate with divisional product management teams, global field marketing, and leaders across DGG to support the business with compelling campaigns. You will actively measure campaign success and direct the next-steps based on data-driven results. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Programs for DGG! Primary Responsibilities Develop and build effective omnichannel marketing programs with strong campaign messaging in collaboration with the product marketing organization to grow the business and key applications Apply expertise in crafting comprehensive marketing mix of assets, including but not limited to, digital assets, web pages, customer journeys, brochures, datasheets, posters, and more. Lead and collaborate on collateral execution with Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing Managers, and agency vendors. Align planning and deployment of campaigns and NPIs with product management and regional field marketing counterparts to facilitate effective program deployment that meets multi-regional needs, including analysis related to competitive intelligence and customer data. Report and supervise campaign performance to commercial marketing and product management, proposing and implementing improvements to optimize campaign value and business impact. Secondary Locations UK-Remote Location-Cheadle, US-MA-Boston Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a sales/marketing role with proven track record in marketing genetics/genomics, healthcare, biomedical, life sciences and/or bioinformatics Expertise in digital marketing collateral development supported by compelling customer journeys Proven success in creating and deploying global marketing programs to drive demand for genomics workflows including instrumentation, reagents, and software for a variety of audiences, including research, translational and/or clinical markets Experience marketing software/bioinformatics solutions is a plus. Competence and skill in creating strategic campaigns, while ensuring high-quality work product with acute attention to detail Effective project management and organizational skills Outstanding interpersonal skills (written/oral) and fluency in English Experience with marketing automation platforms and development of nurture flow marketing campaigns Business-related digital literacy including knowledge with PowerPoint, Excel, WebEx, Google Analytics, and various CRM software solutions Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, genetics, healthcare/biomedical, bioinformatics or other related field; masters or doctorate degree is a plus Professional coursework in marketing; MBA is a plus Travel up to 15% to collect VoC and/or represent Agilent at internal and external events Agilent Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
