This is a fully remote role available anywhere in the US.

We are searching for a dedicated and hard-working Global Marketing Programs Manager to join our Global Commercial marketing team! In this role, you will dynamically support our acquisition of Resolution Bioscience, a technology company with a focus on enabling circulating, cell-free DNA (cfDNA) for cancer diagnostics & monitoring.

As the Global Marketing Program Manager, Dx-DGG (gMPM) you will plan and coordinate marketing programs and campaigns to promote this outstanding technology as a service to clinicians, pharma partners, cancer centers, and ultimately oncologists & patients for the Agilent Diagnostics and Genomics Group (DGG). Your programs will generate demand through innovative marketing strategies that grow our business and capture market share!

The ideal candidate is an experienced molecular diagnostics marketer who has demonstrated success in developing and completing marketing campaigns in support of product launch and commercialization in a regulated setting. This role will strategically collaborate with business development, divisional product marketing teams and leaders across the genomics division (DGG) to develop cases and strong campaign plans and will additionally report the success of tactics within their marketing campaigns to Management. This role reports to the Head, Clinical Cancer Diagnostic Commercial Marketing Programs.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Build innovative marketing programs and campaigns in strong collaboration with business development and product marketing organization to grow our molecular diagnostics business
  • Coordinate campaign development and deployment, align deployment, and deliver updates to partners
  • Collaborate with regional field marketing to:
    • analyze related competitive information, market, and customer data
    • facilitate effective program development that meets multi-regional needs
    • provide input and results for field presence at tradeshows
    • ensure global efficacy of programs and align execution
  • Collaborate with product managers, other DGG commercial marketing MPMs, and marketing communications professionals to develop product messaging, translating it into marketing collateral, promotion, and commercialization plans
  • Coordinate with other Agilent DGG divisions and functions to align programs as well as support the overall DGG marketing message and strategy
  • Report and monitor campaign performance to commercialization and product marketing management, suggest and implement improvements in order to optimize campaign return on investment, and improve business impact
  • Support the product marketing team with the planning and development of key marketing materials such as digital assets, brochures, datasheets, and posters.
  • Understand and drive campaigns in a regulated environment, partnering with legal and regulatory compliance teams

This role can be performed anywhere in the US.

The salary range for this position may differ based on your actual work location. For CO, the salary range is $115,584 and $188,125

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare/Biomedical, Biological sciences, Genetics, Bioinformatics or other related field, Masters or Doctorate degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in a sales/marketing role with at least 3+ years of demonstrated ability in marketing
  • Background in oncology (through education or field experience), LBx knowledge a plus
  • Experience in marketing or sales in the molecular diagnostics or regulated environments
  • Experience marketing products to clinicians and oncologists

Preferred:

  • Professional coursework in marketing, MBA preferred
  • Experience in genetics/genomics market (NGS/qPCR preferred) & oncology market
  • Experience developing global marketing programs to drive demand for new and existing diagnostic products & working with global counterparts
  • Effective project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop, lead and align campaigns and programs around corporate and divisional strategic objectives
  • Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, great teammate, dynamic, and creative
  • Excellent communicator able to influence and persuade all levels of the organization and across various geographies
  • Have flexibility in working hours
