Summit Biolabs: David Perez

Molecular diagnostics firm Summit Biolabs has appointed David Perez to its board as the lead independent director. He has more than 40 years of executive leadership experience in medical devices and healthcare services and currently is on the board of Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. Summit also said that its founder Shi-Long Lu is transitioning from its board but will remain as CSO of the firm.
