Standard BioTools: Alex Kim, Jeffrey Black, Sean Mackay

Standard BioTools has announced that CFO Jeffrey Black will resign, effective Aug. 31, to accept an opportunity at another public company. Cofounder and Chief Operating Officer Alex Kim will serve as interim CFO beginning Sept. 1. The firm has initiated a search for a permanent successor. Chief Business Officer Sean Mackay will add product management, marketing, and investor relations to his responsibilities.
