Quest Diagnostics: Robert Carter

Quest Diagnostics said this week that its board of directors has elected Robert Carter to serve as a director.

Carter is executive vice president and CIO at FedEx. He is a member of FedEx's executive committee and is co-president and co-CEO of FedEx Services. He also serves on the board of directors of New York Life and the board of trustees for the University of Memphis. He previously served on the boards of First Horizon and Saks.
