Progenity: Harry Stylli, Eric d'Esparbes

Harry Stylli has resigned as CEO of Progenity and from the company's board of directors, which he chaired, effective Sept. 1. He is replaced by Eric d'Esparbes, the firm's executive VP and CFO, who will serve as interim CEO until the board has found a permanent successor. In a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Progenity said Stylli's decision "was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies, or practices." Stylli, who remains one of the firm's largest stockholders, plans to pursue other interests, according to the document.
