PathAI: Saumya Pant, Jiayi Hao

PathAI has appointed Saumya Pant its VP of laboratory strategy and operations and Jiayi Hao as VP to lead the overall biopharma business strategy and operations teams.

Pant will establish lab-based testing platforms and integrate PathAI's digital and AI capabilities within the firm's biopharma lab business. She previously was at Bristol Myers Squibb focusing on translational and clinical genomics. Before that, Pant was the genomics diagnostics leader at Merck.

Hao was previously at Roche subsidiary Flatiron Health as a member of the life sciences leadership team. He also was at consulting firm McKinsey, where he advised clients on R&D strategy and operating model design. Prior to that, he was at IQVIA where he developed global pricing and market access strategies for clients' therapeutics.
