Lumos Diagnostics: Bronwyn Le Grice, Lawrence Mehren, Catherine Robson

Lumos Diagnostics has appointed three new independent directors. They are Bronwyn Le Grice, Lawrence Mehren, and Catherine Robson. Le Grice has more than 18 year of executive experience in healthcare technology, including venture capital, corporate development, and industry advocacy. She also founded ANDHealth, a digital health accelerator and commercialization support organization.

Mehren was CEO of Accelerate Diagnostics from 2012 to 2020. Prior to that, he was at Ventana Medical Systems where he served as SVP, CFO, and head of global business. Robson founded Affinity Private, a financial services firm. The new directors join Sam Lanyon and Rob Sambursky on Lumos' board.
