LamdaGen: Randolph Storer, Richard Eglen, John Verrant, Martin Easter
Rapid diagnostic test developer LamdaGen said it appointed a four-member strategic advisory board that will provide leadership, innovation, and product commercialization experience to the company and help it bring its tests to market. LamdaGen CEO and cofounder Randolph Storer joined the board along with Richard Eglen, John Verrant, and Martin Easter. Eglen previously held executive management positions in pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and biotech industries including vice president and general manager of Corning Life Sciences and president of biodiscovery at PerkinElmer. Verrant recently retired as a senior principal scientist at Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Janssen, where he led efforts to bring digital and diagnostic products into clinical trials and mentored early stage or emerging companies toward commercialization. Easter recently retired as chief scientific officer for food safety diagnostics developer Hygiena, where he developed rapid test methods using ATP bioluminescence.
