Guardant Health: Myrtle Potter

Guardant Health has appointed Myrtle Potter to serve on its board of directors. Potter is the CEO of Sumitovant Biopharma, the parent company of five biotechnology subsidiaries. Prior to that, she worked at Roivant Sciences and as CEO of Myrtle Potter & Company. From 2000 to 2004, Potter was the COO at Genentech, having previous served as president of commercial operations and executive VP at the company. Prior to joining Genentech, she held various positions, including at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Merck.

Potter currently serves on the board of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group and the board of trustees of The University of Chicago. She holds a BA from The University of Chicago.
