Exagen: Scott Kahn, Brian Birk, Ebetuel Pallares, Wendy Johnson
Autoimmune test developer Exagen said that Scott Kahn has been elected to the company's board of directors. Kahn was most recently the chief information and privacy officer at LunaPBC, and prior to that he was chief information officer at Illumina, a senior vice president at Accelrys, and an assistant professor of organic chemistry at the University of Illinois.
The San Diego-based firm also said that it was reducing the size of the board from nine members to seven and Brian Birk, Ebetuel Pallares, and Wendy Johnson have all agreed to step down from their positions on the board.
