Exagen: Frank Stokes

Exagen's shareholders have approved the election of Frank Stokes as an additional independent board member. He will serve as chair of the firm's audit committee. Stokes has been CFO of Castle Biosciences since 2017, and before that he was CFO of Hammock Pharmaceuticals. He was also managing director of Leerink Swann, now SVB Leerink, and has held positions as a managing director at RW Baird and Wachovia Securities.
