Enzo Biochem: Hamid Erfanian, Bradley Radoff

Enzo Biochem has appointed Hamid Erfanian and Bradley Radoff to its board, effective immediately. Also, Dov Perlysky and Rebecca Fischer will step down from the board to facilitate the transition of Erfanian and Radoff. Mary Tagliaferri will become the board's lead independent director.
