eMed: Michael Mina

Digital healthcare company eMed has hired Michael Mina to be its first chief science officer. Mina, who has advocated for the use of rapid antigen tests for detecting SARS-CoV-2 as a strategy to manage the COVID-19 pandemic, joins eMed from Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health where he was an associate professor of epidemiology, immunology, and infectious diseases. eMed offers a digital point-of-care platform.
