Danaher: Shane Sanders

Danaher announced that it has appointed Shane Sanders to its board of directors, expanding the board to thirteen members. Sanders is currently the senior vice president of business transformation at Verizon Communications. He's been at the company since 1997 and previously served as SVP of corporate finance from 2015 to 2020. He also worked in multiple finance positions at Hallmark Cards and Safelite Glass.
