Chembio Diagnostics: Neil Goldman

Chembio Diagnostics said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that Neil Goldman, its executive vice president and CFO, has notified the firm he is resigning. His resignation to pursue another opportunity will be effective on or about Nov. 5, the firm said, adding that it has initiated a search for a new CFO.
