Castle Biosciences: Rodney Cotton, Mara Aspinall

Castle Biosciences has appointed Rodney Cotton to its board of directors. Cotton worked for more than two decades at Roche, most recently serving as senior VP, head of strategy & transformation, and chief of staff to the CEO for Roche Diagnostics. He currently serves on the board of directors of Eisai Pharmaceutical US and Orchard Software. Cotton is also an advisory board member for Flo2 Ventures. He holds an MBA from California State University, Dominguez Hills; an MS in strategic management from the University of Southern California, and a BA in biological sciences and technology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Castle also noted that current board member Mara Aspinall will not stand for re-election and her term will expire at the company's annual meeting in May.
