BioAffinity Technologies: William Bauta

BioAffinity Technologies has appointed William Bauta its CSO. Prior to joining BioAffinity in 2016 as SVP of R&D, he was associate director of science at Genzyme, now part of Sanofi. Bausta held a similar position at Ilex Products. He replaces Vivienne Rebel, who retired as EVP and chief science and medical officer at the firm on Oct. 31.
