Becton Dickinson: Elizabeth McCombs

Becton Dickinson has appointed Elizabeth McCombs to the position of executive vice president and chief technology officer, effective April 26. McCombs, who succeeds John DeFord, will lead all research and development activities at BD, including executing the current pipeline and developing the firm's future product portfolio. She joined BD in 2019 as the senior VP of R&D for the BD medical segment. Previously, she held several leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson.
