Aspira Women's Health: Jody Berry
Aspira Women's Health has named Jody Berry its new chief scientific officer, replacing Ryan Phan who stepped down as CSO and operating officer but remains an advisor to the firm through the end of the year. Berry has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial, government, and academic sectors. He was CSO at OraSure Technologies before joining Aspira. Prior to that, he led immunochemistry R&D at Grifols Diagnostic Solutions. Berry also held senior scientific and executive leadership roles at BD Biosciences and Cangene, and he was head of monoclonal antibody and bioforensics response at the National Microbiology Laboratory of the Public Health Agency of Canada.
