Horiba Yumizen H550E (autoloader), H500E CT (closed tube), Yumizen H500E OT (open tube)

Horiba has launched the Yumizen H550E (autoloader), Yumizen H500E CT (closed tube), and Yumizen H500E OT (open tube) hematology instruments. The compact instruments use the firm's correlated rouleaux analysis technology to provide the simultaneous examination of a patient's complete blood count, five-population white blood cell differential, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate with results in 60 seconds. The instruments also include Horiba's Yumizen P8000 middleware for the remote monitoring of workload, reagent consumption, quality control, and instrument alarms as well as screening tools for infectious diseases such as malaria and Dengue fever. They also include a two-reagent combined test for normal leucocyte count and abnormal leucocyte count for comprehensive results with oncology applications.
