NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – Women's health company Celmatix has received $4.5 million from the Empire State Development's New York City Regional Economic Development Council (REDC) to expand its headquarters in Manhattan, the company said today.

The award is one of 121 for projects in New York City this year, totaling $64.8 million. Overall, the REDC program awarded more than $755 million in funding to different regions of New York state in 2017.
