Agilent Plans to Cut 400 Jobs, Close Facilities in Restructuring
The Santa Clara, California-based firm said it will reduce its workforce by 2 percent as part of cost-cutting efforts to reduce annual expenses by $80 million.

The firms announced a deal, for an undisclosed sum, about one month after Agilent announced plans to shutter the Resolution Bioscience business.
