NEW YORK — Inspirata said on Monday that it has signed a distribution deal for its Dynamyx digital pathology workflow software with Fujifilm.
Under the terms of the deal, Fujifilm will supply and service the CE-IVD-marked software globally, with exclusivity in the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Inspirata said that it will continue to market and sell its digital pathology and cancer informatics directly in all other markets including the US, Canada, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Additional terms were not disclosed.
Earlier this year, Tampa, Florida-based Inspirata signed a deal to integrate Dynamyx with augmented reality in partnership with Augmentiqs.
