NEW YORK – Laboratory Corporation of America said Thursday that it has entered an agreement with Graves Gilbert Clinic to manage certain lab operations.
Under the agreement, Labcorp will manage Graves Gilbert's main full-service laboratory in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and its facility in Glasgow, Kentucky.
Financial and other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
"Labcorp is committed to continuing Graves Gilbert’s longstanding history of delivering accessible and efficient high-quality care," Amy Rhine-Pallas, senior VP of Labcorp’s north central division, said in a statement. "By combining our expertise, we look forward to enhancing laboratory services to improve health outcomes for the people of south-central Kentucky."
"The Graves Gilbert Clinic is excited to collaborate with a national partner like Labcorp," Graves Gilbert CEO Mike D’Eramo said in a statement. "Their partnership will assist us with our efforts to lower costs, improve access, and continue to be the high-value provider in south-central Kentucky."
