Getlabs to Provide Diagnostic Collections for Nice Healthcare

NEW YORK — Getlabs, an at-home diagnostic collections startup, said on Tuesday that it has signed an agreement to provide its services to Nice Healthcare.

Minneapolis-based Nice Healthcare is a virtual primary care clinic, offering online doctor's visits and counseling, as well as in-person services such as blood draws, imaging, and physical exams.

Under the terms of the deal, Nice Healthcare clinicians can book at-home Getlabs appointments for the collection of lab specimens and biometrics for their patients. Results are provided to patients by Nice Healthcare.

Financial and other terms were not disclosed.

"We believe that Getlabs' vast network of at-home lab testing services and our in-home and virtual primary care clinic will provide patients with a more personalized and cost-effective healthcare experience," Genevieve Swenson, Nice Healthcare's cofounder and chief operations officer, said in a statement.

About a year ago, Laboratory Corporation of America began collaborating with Miami-based Getlabs to provide at-home blood draws and specimen collections.
