NEW YORK – Bluejay Diagnostics said this week that it had inked an agreement with Blood Centers of America that could expand sales of Bluejay's near-patient Symphony blood testing platform for triage and disease monitoring. Under the agreement, Bluejay becomes a strategic partner of BCA member organizations and BCA will refer strategic group purchasing organization partners and member blood centers to Bluejay, which gains access to BCA members and their networks. The deal also opens opportunities for the organizations to collaborate on clinical studies and applications for the Symphony platform in the blood supply industry. Financial and other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
