NEW YORK (360Dx) – Aurora Diagnostics announced today that it has acquired Pathology Associates of Princeton, a New Jersey-based provider of anatomic pathology and cytopathology services.
According to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida-based Aurora, Pathology Associates of Princeton provides in-hospital services to the University Medical Center of Princeton where it is located, as well as outpatient services to local physician offices, clinics, surgical centers, and endoscopy centers.
Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Earlier this month, Aurora — which offers pathology and cancer diagnostic services through a network of 27 community-based pathology lab practices — bought Warwick, Rhode Island-based hospital anatomic pathology services provider University Pathologists.
